Important Information for Graduands (Civil Engineering BSc)

In case you are eligible to take the state exam in 2022/23/1, you should sign up for it and fill in the subject checklist table.

Deadline for submitting the completed check list chart: 30 September 2022, 12 noon via e-mail

Request to Late State Exam Registration or Deregistration

Deadline of signing up for state exam: 28 October  2022 only through Neptun System (not personally) 

Study period for graduating students: Monday 5 September  –  Friday 4 November 2022
Exam period for graduating students: Monday 7 November  –  Friday 9 December 2022

Exam registration period on Neptun for graduating students: week commencing with 7 November 2022

In case you take courses which are not finalist courses, please inform the instructors that you are a graduating student.

In case you are taking non-finalist courses (courses which are not in the final semester of the curriculum), the study period (14 teaching weeks) lasts until Friday 2December 2022. Still, those courses need to be completed until the aforementioned deadline (which is grade submission deadline for graduands), otherwise graduands are not allowed to take the state exam in June. Please inform the instructors on time that you are a graduating student and there is a grade submission deadline for graduands. In case of non-finalist courses instructors can be requested but may not be obliged to provide graduands with exam opportunities in the exam period for graduating students. In the exam/test graduands need to give account of the 14-week teaching material.

Until 7 November 2022 every necessary grade should have been submitted on Neptun.

Complex Final Exam ’A’: on the weekdays from 7 (Mon) November 2022 to  11 (Fri) November  2022

Complex Final Exam ’B’: on the weekdays from 14 (Mon) November 2022 to 18 (Fri) November 2022

Complex Final Exam ’C’: on the weekdays  from 21 (Mon) November 25 2022 to  (Fri) November 2022

State exam date:

12 (Thu) January 2023

Submission deadline for thesis: 16 (Mon) December 2022 at 12 o’clock noon, Room 212

Deadline of sending the presentation to Mónika tóthné Csákó ( ) is 12 (Thu) Jan 2023

In order to take the state exam, please note:

• If you have unpaid items (also tuition fees, library fines) on Neptun, please pay them off until 4 November 2022.
• You need the subject, called Work and Fire Safety Training signed on Neptun.
• You need two semesters of Physical Education signed on Neptun.
• You need to complete 12 credit points of optional courses.

If for some reasons you cannot come to the state exam, please let us know (International Office, Faculty of Engineering).
